In my hoop

By Ann-Mari Duffy

I am quilting a crib quilt. It is inspired by a antique seen at a quiltshop in Norway.

  1. I always love antique looking quilts - looks like you are doing a nice grid on this

  2. Ah, I see how your stitches are forming a "plus" within each square when viewed from the back side of your quilt. Lovely - thanks for posting the close-up photo. Love your choice of backing fabric, too.

  3. Very nice-I love using tape and just following the lines. I also like the fact it is a reproduction of an antique quilt!

  4. The scrappiness does make it look antique. Very lovely quilt.:)
